Club Festival Reminder
Date: Saturday 23rd May
Venue: Hartsdown Leisure Centre
Time: First round 8am, 2nd round 10am
Dear Parent / Guardian
Festival Reminder – May 23rd
We’re looking forward to our festival on May 23!
All children will receive a letter with their assigned time slot. Please ensure they arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time to allow them to get ready.
There will be two rounds:
First round: 8:00 AM
Second round: 10:00 AM
This festival is also a valuable opportunity for us to raise funds that will directly support the growth and development of our club. The money raised will go towards purchasing essential, high-quality gymnastics equipment, allowing us to continue improving our facilities and providing a safe, professional environment for all our members. By investing in new equipment, we can maintain a high standard of training and offer our gymnasts the best possible experience as they progress and develop their skills.
Please keep an eye out for the letter your child will be bringing home. If they haven’t received it, please contact the club.

Dear Parents and Members,
We are delighted to invite your child and family to take part in our Club Festival on Saturday 23rd May at Hartsdown Leisure Centre.
This special event is a chance for us to come together as a club community to celebrate our sport, our achievements, and the wonderful families that make our club so special. It will be a fun and relaxed day where children can take part in activities, showcase their skills, and enjoy spending time with their teammates and friends.
The festival will also help us raise money for new equipment for the club. As part of our fundraising efforts, there will be cakes, refreshments and a raffle available to purchase on the day.

Entry Information
• Club members (children) may attend and take part free of charge.
• Two spectators per child are permitted at this time.
• There will be a £5 entry per spectator, which will go towards our equipment fundraising.
Closing Date for Entries
The final date to confirm attendance is Saturday 11th April.
Please note that no late entries will be accepted after this date.
Further information, including the confirmed schedule for the day, will be shared with you once entries have been finalised.
We hope as many families as possible will join us for what promises to be a fun, friendly and community-spirited day celebrating our sport and our club family.
