Competitive Squad

Our Women’s Artistic Squad competes at Kent County and South East Regional level, representing the club throughout the year.

We also offer the National Development Plan (NDP) grades, with gymnasts training three times per week to develop strength, mobility, resilience, and technical skills. This pathway begins at age 6 and progresses through Tin , Zinc, Copper, Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

We also run Floor and Vault Squads, training twice weekly, offering a more inclusive competitive pathway. Gymnasts compete on floor and vault invitational competitions in both Kent county, and regional competitions.

All squad places are invitation only and are selected from our grassroots classes, where gymnasts demonstrate the potential to progress.
